As part of the Literacy learning process, Mrs She's children over many years wrote stories and then drew pictures to illustrate their stories. This story writing was integrated with childrens' Inquiries. Children also recorded their stories in movies so that they could share them with the world. We are proud of this work.

Excellent job, Puawa! I would have liked to work in my garden this weekend, but it snowed Saturday. That made it too wet to work on it Sunday as well.
Mr. C
Puawa I liked the way that you spoke about the weekend. You spoke bravely and clearly and it made your story easy to understand. I like the way that you talked about a Hangi - although Mr Chamberlain is from the USA and I don't think that he knows what a Hangi is! Perhaps you could go to his blog page in the USA and leave him a message and tell him!

Hi Puawa
You were very lucky to have a hangi in the weekend - you are making my mouth water! Did you have pork or chicken in your hangi?
We did lots of gardening in the weekend too because it was such beautiful weather.
Keep sharing your lovely stories with us.

Brilliant recount Puawa of your weekend. Did you like the hangi food? You are such a good girl for helping our Dad in the garden. I hope my boys help me this weekend in the garden. Keep up the great work!
