As part of the Literacy learning process, Mrs She's children over many years wrote stories and then drew pictures to illustrate their stories. This story writing was integrated with childrens' Inquiries. Children also recorded their stories in movies so that they could share them with the world. We are proud of this work.

Hi Mao,
I really liked listening to your story. You wrote good sentences that made sense. Were you cold when you went for a swim?
Miss Lavakula
Did you eat some picnic food too? Yum, I'll bet you did! Great work Mao.
What a great story Mao! Keep up the great work everyone.

What lovely writing Mao. It sounds like you had a wonderful time at the picnic. Thank you for sharing your story with us. It was neat being able to see your writing, I could see all the clever thinking and sounding out you have done.

Hi Mao,
I liked looking and listening to your recount of the picnic. You are very lucky to have a whole school picnic, especially for you all to have a swim! I like the way you spoke clearly. I like how you have written your ideas in sentences. I like how you have left spaces between your words and that you have written many easy words and attempted to sound out new words.
Well Done Mao, Keep it up!
I am hoping to visit you early next term to see your lovely classroom in person!
