As part of the Literacy learning process, Mrs She's children over many years wrote stories and then drew pictures to illustrate their stories. This story writing was integrated with childrens' Inquiries. Children also recorded their stories in movies so that they could share them with the world. We are proud of this work.

Recently Room 7 had the opportunity to visit the Maritime Museum in Auckland. Elizabeth thought it was a very cool trip! Listen to what she has to say in this movie!
I'm a student in Dr. John Strange's EDM 310 class at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama (United States). I just watched the video of your story about going to the Maritime Museum in Auckland, and I thought it was a very nice story. Also, I'm glad that you all had such a good time! And, if I can make a suggestion: if you wanted to write a longer story about your visit to the Maritime Museum, maybe you could describe the lady's "olden days clothes", or maybe you could tell one or two of her "olden days stories". Anyway, great job Elizabeth!
