As part of the Literacy learning process, Mrs She's children over many years wrote stories and then drew pictures to illustrate their stories. This story writing was integrated with childrens' Inquiries. Children also recorded their stories in movies so that they could share them with the world. We are proud of this work.

Hansel and Gretel as told by Calvin.
Room 5 at Pt. England School, Auckland, New Zealand just can't have enough of the fairy tales. They have read and listened and written the recount of these wonderful tales. The most recent fairy tale is " Hansel and Gretel ".
Calvin thought the best part was the fact that there was a lolly house in the story. Listen to calvin's version of the story and find out why he likes the lolly house!

Hey there Calvin, I love the fairy tale of "Hansel and Gretel." The lolly house seems to be a pretty cool house. I like sweets and would love to be able to eat things off of my house. It was great to see you on video. I hope that you have a nice day!
Excellent reading Calvin! I enjoyed watching your video!
