As part of the Literacy learning process, Mrs She's children over many years wrote stories and then drew pictures to illustrate their stories. This story writing was integrated with childrens' Inquiries. Children also recorded their stories in movies so that they could share them with the world. We are proud of this work.

Learning to cross the Road safely by Room 7 PES
Constable Tana came to Room 7 at Pt England School, Auckland, New Zealand to show the children the proper way of crossing the road. Here are some of the highlights!
Room Seven, it was great to see that you were learning to cross the road safely with the police officer and Mrs She. I think that's a very important skill for students to learn in New Zealand and around the world. Mr Webb and Room 8, Melville Intermediate, Hamilton, Waikato.
Good on you for learning to cross the road safely. It is a life skill and I hope you have been practicing crossing the road safely during these holidays.
