The Making of Damper by Room 5 (2009 )

Do you know what is damper ? It is a kind of bread that the campers in New Zealand and Australia consume when they go camping. It is eaten with toppings like jam or honey or any sweet things.

Room 5 had the opportunity to experience how damper was made. This video will show you how we did it and how we enjoyed eating the damper as well!

Very nice! I love to put jam or jelly on my bread (no matter how the bread is made!) You have made made hungry!

I like making Damper and sometimes put extra things on it to make it taste nicer. You can add Marmite too because I like eating that.
