As part of the Literacy learning process, Mrs She's children over many years wrote stories and then drew pictures to illustrate their stories. This story writing was integrated with childrens' Inquiries. Children also recorded their stories in movies so that they could share them with the world. We are proud of this work.

Leilani Wrote a story about Harold, the Giraffe too!
The students of Class 18 are learning to write descriptive story. Here is Leilani's story about the toy, Harold, the giraffe.
Hi Leilani, my name is Kelsey and I am a student in EDM 310 at the university of South Alabama. I really enjoyed your post. You gave a great description about what you learned from Herold the Giraffe. I think it is so great that you did a video instead of writing a summary of what you learned. I also, loved your drawing of the giraffe. Giraffes are my favorite animal. Keep up the hard work on blogging. Thanks, Kelsey
I enjoyed your story about Herold. I teach first grade (children who are 6-7 years old) in America. I think that they might enjoy to tell and blog stories about their friends and pets too. What do you think? I don't have a Herold, but I could have something fun for them to play with and write about, don't you think?
