Room 7 had the opportunity to visit the Life Education Caravan when it came to Pt England School. Harold who was the character that interacted with the students and together with Lynne, an experienced teacher, they taught the students about health education. On the first day of the Term 3, the teachers dressed up as different characters for the school assembly. In this story, Elizabeth wrote about her favorite moment!--When her teacher (Jenny She) dressed up as the pirate was trying to cut Captain Cook's ( Wendy Burne )throat. Ha ha!!!

Room 7 had a fantastic time chanting the names of the volcanoes that are found in Auckland. They thought that was an excellent way to learn and remember all these names. We have made a movie to show how we did it! We have added some graphics as well to make it even more interesting! We hope you will enjoy watching this movie which is created using imovie09 with the green screen effects!
